Order Fulfillment Information
Delivery Notice: Standard USPS shipments may experience longer than usual transit times due to nationwide delays within the postal service. Please account for a couple of days on top of the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
Fulfillment: Express orders are not guaranteed during national holidays, events, or observance days. On these occasions, carriers may not deliver packages until the next available business day. The affected dates include:
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not be shipped until the following available business day. While our team may provide a tracking number during the weekend, your order will only be picked up by the carrier on the next available business day.
Shipping Time: Shipping Time begins once your order status changes to 'Fulfilled'. Initial handling time is not included in the estimated shipping time. Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimated based on location and do not represent the actual time unless guaranteed by the delivery method selected.
Return to Sender: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Orders with free shipping promos are subject to a $3.99 restocking fee.
Backorders: Items ordered together may not ship on the same day. If an item is temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered, you will be notified with an approximate shipment date. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated within 10 days of placing your order.
Delivery Information: The standard service (2-5 Business days) is not guaranteed within the estimated shipping time. 2-Day and Overnight Express Delivery are guaranteed, starting once the order is marked 'Fulfilled' with a provided tracking number. Overnight Express Delivery - 2-Day Express does not include Saturday delivery unless requested. (Not available for PO Boxes, APO/FPO)
Shipping Rates: Depending on the items and delivery address, various shipping methods may be used. All US shipping methods are trackable. Orders ship via FedEx or USPS from our facilities in Houston, TX, with some items shipping directly from the manufacturer.
Domestic Rates:
- Ground Advantage (2-4 Business Days): Calculated by Location
- Expedited: $10.95 USD (1-3 Business Days)
- FedEx 2-Day Express: $14.95 USD
- Overnight Express: $34.95 USD (1-2 Business Days)
International Rates: Customs fees and duties are not included; recipients' countries calculate these. Rates are calculated at checkout. For countries not listed, contact us for details. COVID-19 may cause customs delays, check your country's status here.

International Stamp Mail lacks tracking; no resolution for lost/delayed transit. Shipping details via email, request via our service team contact page.
Defective/Missing Items:
Report within 7 days of delivery for resolution. Contact us here to submit an inquiry.
Lost Mail:
Patch Collection will issue a full refund if the package tracking details indicate the package has been lost during transit. Mail posted as "Delivered" or containing a tracking update within 2 weeks is not considered lost. If a package has not been received but has been marked as "Delivered", Patch Collection will facilitate communication with the carrier. Any reimbursements, claims, and resolutions for "Delivered" packages will be handled by the carrier at their discretion. Unreported lost mail after 30 days of the last tracking update will not qualify for a refund. Lost/Undelivered mail must be reported to Patch Collection within a reasonable amount of time (30 Days) for our team to properly investigate and provide a resolution.
