EASY 365-DAY RETURNS
Instructions: To start your return, simply send us the item(s) back to the address listed below. Please include your packing slip within the return package.
If a packing slip is not available please provide us with any form of communication or the order number.

Our Return Process is simple and hassle-free. You can return your merchandise to our warehouse up to 365 days from your item's ship date.
If a return is made within 30 days of delivery, a refund will be posted to the original form of payment. If a return exceeds the 30 Day return window, you will be issued a store credit good for any purchase at www.PatchCollection.com.
Please Note: A www.PatchCollection.com account is required to process your store credit.
Patch Collection Rewards: The reward's discount value is non-refundable to the original payment method (PayPal, CC, Amazon... ). Any dollar amount discount redeemed through Patch Collection rewards will not be available on future purchases.
It can take 4-7 business days for your return to reach our warehouse. Returns are processed within 1-2 business days after arrival. Once your refund is processed it can take 2-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your account statement based on your financial institution. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund amount has been submitted.

Return Terms
- Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. We do provide a return label, if requested, for orders shipped within the United States. For use of this label, we'll deduct a minimum of $3.99 from the credit you'll be receiving to cover return shipping costs. The return label price may vary depending on the size/weight of the return. If the return is our fault, we'll cover this charge.
- If any item is returned after 30 days of receiving your shipment, store credit will be credited to your account in the form of a eGift card. (A Patch Collection account is required)
- Returns must be in original condition, unworn/unused with original tags and labels. Your return item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. We reserve the right to deduct a 10-20% restocking fee from the return credit in some cases.
- Customized and Game Used items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
